How this day turned into me watching a Rock of Ages featurette on YouTube, I’ll never know, but know this, that none of you are doing anything to stop the release of a movie starring Russell Brand and Tom Cruise as “rock stars” (you are buying this!!!) is far too large of an indictment of our passivity and indifference to accept. I’m starting a Kickstarter to get this movie released straight to the dump.

  2. barthel said: Smoky Mountains NC isn’t (I think) as whoa-South as like Alabama - my mom’s family plot is in that region too, and it just feels rural to me, in the same way Vermont or something does.
